I live on the boarder line of Red Hook and downtown Brooklyn for a few years now, and I must say, it’s a totally different vibe from where I was raised in Washington Heights. As of now, I feel; Washington Heights has become , more dangerous to live in. Luckily I reside in BROOKLYN Baby!!! Jokes aside, with all seriousness, what I like to discuss today is the infatuation I have for anything Hello Kitty. I grew up having stickers, books and all kinds of items when I was younger and now that I’m grown, I still loved them and would like to purchase a Hello Kitty sterling silver necklace from this corner store in Brooklyn on Smith Street (Not quite sure what’s the name of the store called). I’ve seen in on a young lady and it was beautiful. Would I wear practically everyday, of course I will! It’s a classic, pretty, pink (my favorite color), it’s not a huge piece that hangs over your neck. Definitely wearable. What do you think DIVA?

MAC Makeup

So I’m obsessed with MAC makeup. I’ve researched the product before purchasing any from the store, so far, I’m impressed on the quality. It’s a product you can definitely wear for long lasting, all day, beautiful, vibrant colors, and great coverage kind of makeup. My first experience purchasing the product wasn’t the greatest one but I was so impressed with the makeup itself that decided to go back and get some more. The sale person wasn’t helpful at all but I knew what to get, it would of been nice to have some one suggest what colors or items I should get; given that we all have different complexions. Overall, it’s great! Try NYX, it’s cheap and works just as well as the MAC. Kudos to MAC!!!

Ballet Flats

I’m so fascinated with ballet shoes, just the other day I was doing a search on flats and I came across on these Coach’s flats, how GORGEOUS they were!!! They were cool, colors were nice and had a casual vibe to them. Chinese Laundry, Steve Madden and many more, also have great looking flats that makes you feel good and comfortable but stylish. Flats make walking any distance, dandy! What do you think Diva?

Kim Kardashian is all about getting her message across, first with all comments about being personally offended by critics who slammed Jessica Simpson’s weight , and now, with a random blog on her website about how she’s not on facebook. She loves her Myspace people! Personally, I think it can be addictive, why? The drama between foes, the friends you make along the way and probably the different kinds of layouts you can change on your profile. Just my opinion. What do you think Diva?

Obsession

What are woman’s obsession today? It can be from a woman’s skin texture, cellulite, fetishes, eyebrows, nails, wardrobe, to staying trim and the list goes on… staying trim is much more vital than the others, I think. I, for one, can’t seem to shed off the pounds but do I dare to say it’ an obsession? Absolutely not! It’s what most people would call “baby fat”. See, I had a baby, nine months ago and it seem as if it were yesterday, so ,my little issue is to lose the pounds in a healthier stance. Sure I’m constantly thinking about it and look at myself in the mirror every chance I get but with proper dieting and plenty of exercise I’ll be able to shed off the pounds but I wouldn’t call it an obsession. Just the obvious, lol. What do you think? Give back your feedback Diva.
